Our marketing strategy and planning services have been developed to help business owners get a clearer idea of what business development and marketing activities would most benefit their business.
We’ve developed a tried and tested process to review and evaluate your current business goals, sales processes and marketing activities before creating a plan to steer the development of your future marketing materials and campaigns. After the session, you will receive a visual Mind Map or business strategy blueprint that will help you to see clearly what marketing activities would most likely benefit your business. This process has already helped dozens of business owners create a marketing plan that perfectly suits their individual needs, objectives and budget – and achieves the desired results.
The service starts with an initial dialogue by phone or email. You will then be asked to complete a brief questionnaire before we meet for the brainstorming session. The main session will ideally take place face-to-face (if we can meet somewhere within this area to the West of London) – if not we can use Skype or an alternative online meeting system, depending on your preferences.
Option 1 – Standard Strategy & Planning Service – £250* – complete a questionnaire before we meet (for about 1.5 hours) to thoroughly evaluate your business and promotional options using the 7ps of marketing. A few days later you will receive a detailed Mind Map outlining your marketing opportunities, along with an ideas document with recommendations for what to do next. We then organise a follow-up phone call, Skype session or similar online meeting to ensure that the information you have received is clear and helpful. During the call we can also discuss next steps in terms of how you are going to progress your marketing plan and whether or not you need any additional support from either myself or any other specialists within the Marketing Mechanics network.
Option 2 – Advanced Strategy & Planning Service – £450* – a more detailed analysis of your business and future goals to more comprehensively set out your marketing strategy and create a 3 or 6-month delivery plan. Complete the questionnaire and meet with me for 1.5 to 2 hours and receive a detailed Mind Map + ideas document (as per the standard service), but also, during the follow-up call we will identify other activities to be completed – such as a customer profiling exercise to help you to more precisely define your ideal customers, or a brand values exercise to help you in developing your future brand identity, both in terms of visual elements and key messages. We then work together to develop some razor sharp key messages and ideas for some new brand-awareness tactics that will improve the effectiveness of your future marketing activities and campaigns.
Option 3 – Complete Strategy Development with Comprehensive Marketing Plan – £750* – taking the development of your marketing plan a stage further, to include all elements of the standard and advanced service with the addition of a second meeting and additional support via phone and email, plus work carried out to create a detailed tactical marketing plan for your business for the next 12 months.
